Museum & Media professionals' symposium in Denver 10/26-28

Call for project case studies & dynamic media exhibit images

Message received from Carrie Richer of the JHWFF:

"Jackson Hole Wildlife Film Festival and the Denver Museum of Nature & Science will host the 2010 Symposium for Media & Museum Professionals Oct 26-28. From high-end, large-format and 3-D programming, to exhibit installations and interactive media, museums and cultural institutions present opportunities for collaboration with broadcasters and filmmakers.... an inside look at advanced technologies and emerging trends in public media... three full days of provocative panels, immersive workshops and casual networking.

The printed Symposium guide this year will feature images from museums, aquariums and other cultural institutions. We are looking for dynamic photos of the most innovative exhibits utilizing media that are on display currently.

Please send images to Carrie@jhfestival.org - eventually High Resolution images will be required for publishing. Approved photographs will be used throughout the Symposium guide & the Symposium website. Institutions as well exhibit creators/ designers will be credited in all instances and discounted passes to the Symposium will be offered. We are also accepting proposals for exhibit case studies to feature in various panels. This is a great way to gain exposure for any exhibit you are truly proud of in your institution!

Please submit photos asap!"
